Dr. Bobby G. Lambert is a highly accomplished professional senior leader currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of The Macha Group. He brings extensive experience in business, global protection, and security strategies, cultivated over a distinguished 32-year military career and continued 13 years in the civilian service. Most recently, Dr. Lambert led the USARCENT Mission Assurance Program (MAP), earning recognition as the 2024 USARMY Protection Program of the Year. His expertise encompasses risk assessment, vulnerability risk mitigation, threat analysis, and the integration of security and resilience throughout the system lifecycle. He is known for championing innovative solutions – including earning to the 2023 USARCENT Innovation Idea of the Quarter – and fostering strong interagency collaboration to enhance threat awareness and mitigation. 

Schuyler Moran is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of The Macha Group. With a background in secure software development and federal consulting, Schuyler brings a deep understanding of digital infrastructure, data protection, and enterprise-scale risk mitigation to the Macha team.
